General notes
a. Defective products must be returned at the customer's own expense and in appropriate packaging in order to prevent any damage in transit. If you have any questions, please include your return address, telephone number and e-mail address. Please also enclose a description of the fault.
b. The proof of purchase must be enclosed together with returned defective products to Kontron Solar GmbH, as well as the properly completed Steca RMA forms.
c. Devices with transport damage, defects due to customer fault and the inspection of intact products are not covered by the guarantee. The costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
