Katek Memmingen GmbH is one of Germany's most attractive employers
As part of the survey of the German population on the country's Best Employers, Katek Memmingen GmbH was awarded the rating ‘very high employer attractiveness’.
Munich, 18/02/2020 - The Katek Group, a powerful network of expert EMS service providers, is one of 1,730 companies in Bavaria that have been rated in national population surveys by WELT on the attractiveness of German companies. In the survey, KATEK Memmingen GmbH received the rating ‘very attractive as an employer’.
“We want to energise new and existing employees for our companies. With attractive working time models, a dynamic working environment and forward-looking technologies as well as a modern and open corporate culture, we are striking a chord and meeting the needs of every generation. This award confirms that we are on the right track,” boasts a delighted Rainer Koppitz, Managing Director of the KATEK Group
The positive development of the KATEK Group is also reflected in the expansion of the employer brand. Their image as an employer is already perceived as very positive by a range of applicants from target groups. But there will still be continuous progress made in this area in the future. “After all, the reason we exist is the excellent people who make up the success story of our group,” says Rainer Koppitz. This also involves important, long-term effects on internal factors such as performance motivation, corporate culture and employee loyalty.
